The process begins with your initial call for help

We have someone ready to answer all calls immediately, 24 hours a day and we’ll have a technician at your location within four hours of that call to begin a thorough walkthrough and assessment of the damage.

Once we have all of the details, we’ll be able to draw up a complete plan of action to cover all of your specific needs.

We’ll also identify any items that we feel cannot be salvaged so that you can make the final decision about how to handle them and have all the information you need to file an insurance claim.

With a crew on site, we’ll begin by boarding up windows and covering roof damage with tarps in order to prevent any further damage and mitigate your expenses.

Next we’ll remove standing water and any other hazardous debris and then utilize our state-of-the-art equipment and professional training to thoroughly dry and clean all affected surfaces.

Since we also know that water damage can easily lead to mold infestation, we’ll also perform full mold remediation to ensure that your property is safe for you, your employees and your customers.

Because our end goal is to make your business whole again, our services for commercial properties also include replacing drywall, removing and replacing carpeting and carpet pads and replacing damaged flooring. 

We’ll even make recommendations for specialized services that are beyond our scope, such as roof repair, restoration of furniture, electronics and other items, preservation of important business documents and tree removal.
